Online, offline and local island shopping

As the first part of a two-part post on my own blog, sat down and worked out the various places so far this year where this household has got its food and drink from. The list is here:

As you can see, ours is quite a complex mix of local, not-so-local and distant shops. I've probably forgotten a few as well. Other residents also seem to have complex patterns of food and drink acquisition.

Am interested in the situation on other Scottish Islands; what's your combination or proportion of online, offline and local shopping for food and drink?
