I am so sorry I missed this last event- Raasay House and the people who run it like Lynn Rowe and her crew are phenomenal. This is now where the energy of the island lies, I love coming back here, it is home and despite everything else always evolving, multicultural , multidimensional, Raasay House and its people remain true to the island's heritage, its ecosysytems, its legacy, history, and sensibilities. Cherishing this islands birthright it preserves the past in a democratic non partisan way which is refreshing in the Highlands. I may be 5000 miles away but yet I just feel I am only one mile down the road in Osgaig drinking to your health.

Couldnt agree more with all my "wee" cousin s comments and sentiments. Lyns vision is and has been truly phenomenal. I remember very well what she took on all these years ago and it is to her great credit and in the face of adversities from all fronts to see the future of raasay house now a reality. I now look over the beautiful caribbean sea but my heart is as always in Clachan and Oscaig.
