Vidhu Vinod Chopra鈥檚 Munnabhai MBBS marks the comeback
of veteran actor Sunil Dutt on the Hindi screen after 14years.
Already
a Congress Party MP in India, Sunil Dutt will be seen in this
comedy flick alongside his son, Sanjay Dutt.
It
will also be the first time that he will be working with his
son, Sanjay who debuted in the blockbuster hit, Rocky
(1981).
Munnabhai
MBBS revolves around a small time gangster who ends up
exposing the corrupted medical profession.
Vidhu鈥檚
former assistant and editor, Raju Hirani, who worked on Mission
Kashmir, directs this film.
The
film鈥檚 main storyline was inspired by Vidhu when he took a
closer look at their administration system.
The
film is slated for a Boxing Day (26th December 2003) release.
