1) We need you to write a short story in English between 1800 and 2100 words long.

2) Your story must be original. You should state that it is your own work.

3) It must be previously unpublished or publicly distributed and clearly typed.

4) It should be written for reading aloud on the radio.

5) You can only submit one entry.

6) You must keep a copy because we will not be able to return your manuscript.

7) Your story must be with us in London by 30 June 2005.
