This clip could be used when studying the music of Scotland, to deepen knowledge and understanding of the differences between the types of song. Learners could choose a track - mouth music or one of the other types of song, e.g. Scots ballad - and do a presentation to the others in the class, describing key concepts within and why they have chosen the track.
