Welsh actor Margaret John dies

Sad news today, as it was announced that Margaret John, Welsh actor and star of Gavin & Stacey, has died at the age of 84.

John, who also starred in the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Cymru Wales comedy High Hopes and had an acting career spanning six decades, died in hospital in Swansea after a short illness.

At 28th Feb 2011, valerie wrote:Margaret John was a great actress and will be missed. Are there any DVD's of "High Hopes" as I think her performance in this was brilliant.
