Penny Reid and her husband John are about to retire. They're hunting for a home on the north Norfolk coast where they plan to spend their golden years.

John and Penny are looking to buy an old property in need of major work which they then hope to transform into their forever home.

But the last time Penny and John did building work on any scale was 27 years ago.

Jules Hudson is on hand to help them assess exactly what scale of renovation they would ultimately want to take on.
