Yorkshire cheesemaker Judy Bell started selling cheese after discovering she had an allergy to cow鈥檚 milk almost 30 years ago. After winning an award at the Great Yorkshire Show in 1993, she was picked up by a supermarket chain, so it was a huge shock one morning when Judy opened the post to discover that Defra were banning her from producing and selling the cheese under the name Feta.聽
