'Romeo and Juliet'
Newsround’s Ricky Boleto and Leah Gooding look in detail at the play 'Romeo and Juliet', the story of young star-crossed lovers who risk everything to be together and are doomed to die.
Paul Edmondson from the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust talks them through this most famous of love stories and Michael Rosen observes that one of the themes of the play is what happens when grown-ups try to make their children do things against their will.
The film includes engaging performance extracts that are both funny and moving – while attention should be drawn to the scene portraying the death of Juliet prior to screening in class.
