Harman: No 'stitch-up' by unions in leadership election
Talking to the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú's Andrew Marr, Harriet Harman discussed the party's dramatic change of stance over the EU referendum and about the upcoming Labour leadership election.
"There is absolutely not going to be a stitch-up by the unions in this election," Labour's acting leader insisted firmly.
She said the election system for the leader has been completely changed in recent years, that the ballots are going to be sent out individually to Labour members and that the vote will be secret.
She also added her wish to see a woman as either the leader or deputy leader of the party.
