The Human Tissue Act in 2006 made altruistic donation possible. This allowed Kenny Dooley to donate one of his healthy kidneys to help a complete stranger. Three years on, Kenny鈥檚 younger brother Paul has been so inspired by this act of altruism, he鈥檚 decided to do the same, despite never having had an operation before.
