SNP MP Pete Wilshart: EVEL plans 'a shambles'
SNP MP Pete Wishart told the Daily Politics he has no wish to vote on matters that do not concern Scottish voters, but he says on some issues that have a possible knock on effects on Barnett consequential, "I have to have a say".
Rebecca Pow says the plans will be debated in full, but adds "we have to bear in mind we are a United Kingdom".
