MP criticises Stop the War's Paris comment
Labour's John Woodcock criticised the Stop the War Coalition for an article after the Paris attacks headlined "Paris reaps whirlwind of western support for extremist violence in Middle East".
Speaking to Jo Coburn, the Barrow and Furness MP said the blog post, since deleted, was "akin at the time of the Second World War to blaming the Jews for their deaths under the Nazis".
He said he hoped Jeremy Corbyn - until recently chairman of Stop The War - "and others make clear that they will not accept any of that sentiment within the Labour Party".
