Dexter Miller
Dexter Lewis Miller has been working at the Jaguar Rescue Centre for 5 years.
He’s always been a keen surfer but with no job to keep him occupied when there was no surf up, he was looking for something meaningful to do. A friend told him that the JRC needed volunteers. He’s always liked animals so he offered his services immediately and he hasn’t left! He’s now a member of staff, caring for the monkeys and giving tours of the centres. His particular passion is for the monkeys.

He loves their individual personalities. Baby howler Santino is one of many monkeys that he’s helped since joining the centre.
