He has worked for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service for 13 years. He has spent the last two years on the helicopter.
In his spare time he loves running, and used to race in triathlons including the Iron Man.
He also plays golf.
Paul says that the best part of working for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance is that no two jobs are the same.

Earlier in his career Paul used to聽work as聽an air attendant for Virgin Atlantic.
