Theobald von Bethmann Hollweg
Born 29th November 1856 of a Prussian political family.
Theobald von Bethmann-Hollweg served as Chancellor of the German Empire from 1909 to 1917.
He was educated at boarding school and universities in Prussia, Strasbourg, Leipzig and Berlin.
