Did it work??

thanks to everyone who gave advice re getting photos onto blog from the new camera - I used HP Photosmart which was free - even better - and that, I hope, has done the job. The following are some pics chosen at random to see if it has worked.

Bit of an arty shot at Loch Frisa - she's showing off now!!

A view down Loch Frisa towards Ben Tallaidh in the distance.

Pepper - aren't I cute? look

Buzzard flying over the house - still need a bigger lens for the wildlife shots!

Jessie - I'm just as cute as that Pepper!

Well done, great photos, think I will try that one. The one I use, is only a free trial for 30 days, then you have to pay. Glad you got it sorted, very frustrating indeed when the photos won't load.

Squidgy the Otter from Coll

Beaut. sharp pictures WF. But...Dear Jess, I'm afraid you're not...no really, trust me, I'm a cat and I know cute when I see it. And, not to put too fine a point on it, ye're a dug! QED. (teriffic shot of the buzzard...looks dismissively at digicam...) Parental Units knew a spaniel called Jess in the Isle of Man, she was a Breton or something exotic and foreign...

Buzzard shot very impressive, so what kind of superb photos would you get with a bigger lens?

Jill from EK

Jill - we are fortunate to have a pair of Sea Eagles nesting nearby - they sit on the rocks in front of the house - its just too far for the present lens - also we are round the corner from otter bay (Salen Bay) and again they tend to be just out of range - if only! FC - poor Jess she is a 12yr old springer that nobody wanted - we got her in the dark on firework nightand only saw 4 legs and a tail - but can pull a real cute face - and unlike Pepper - has never killed anything! Pepper 2 voles yesterday - there cant be many left round here!

Jess never killed anything yet? And twelve years old? Better get cracking, Jess - you are not getting any younger.

You capture so beautifully - th essence of Mull - together with your pets. I am seriously considering contacting the Spaniel Trust here on Mull - as I luv spaniels too.
