Turn your living room into a rock concert as CBeebies presenter Evie Pickerill encourages you to assemble an air instrument rock band, where everyone in the household has their own part to play.

Everyone at home is encouraged to act out how different musical instruments are played, from guitarists to keyboardists to drummers.

This video can be used to boost energy levels and help to instil a sense of pride and togetherness for coming together as a family to perform and 'rock out'.

Sometimes we all need a boost to get us going. Being energised helps us to do the things we know we can normally do, and confidence to give new things a go.

Parent / Carer Notes

Families can use this activity when things at home might need a boost of energy. This activity can help boost confidence and motivate everyone in the house.
