Jemma's Easter Tiffin

RECIPE:

Ingredients

鈼 100g butter

鈼 200g milk chocolate

鈼 200g dark chocolate

鈼 300g biscuits

鈼 100g crunchy chocolate bars

鈼 100g gummy sweets or raisins or nuts

鈼 Extra Easter treats for decoration

Method

1. In a large bowl, add the biscuits and crush. You want to see a mixture of bigger and smaller pieces.

2. Add the crushed up chocolate bars and gummy sweets and put to one side.

3. In a medium sized pan, add the butter and melt over a low heat.

4. Then add the chopped chocolate and melt until all is combined.

5. Pour this over your biscuit mix and mix until combined.

6. Press the mixture into a basking tray and add extra treats on top.

7. Set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
