Our sketch Embarrassing Victorian Illnesses gives a disgustingly quick introduction to the many diseases that brought so much misery to the Victorians. The decision to pipe clean water from the countryside to the city of Glasgow is celebrated in a song called Tam and the Toff. Finally in Memories of a Public Bath we present archive and documented detail of the impact that plentiful clean water had on the people of Glasgow.
