Get to know Janine

While it was her ex-pro footballer hubby Bruce that persuaded her to audition, this mum of four is by no means your typical WAG. Having once performed backing vocals for Shola Ama and Chaka Khan, when Janine was in Raymond & Co, she also won a MOBO award for Best Gospel Group and even toured America!

Her soulful performance of Simon & Garfunkel’s ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water” got Paloma, Boy George and Ricky’s chairs turning, but it was Captain Wilson that calmed the tide and brought Janine home to #TeamRicky!
