Get to know Deano
Deano currently works as a support worker; although if his mum had anything to say in the matter he’d be working in the funeral parlour alongside her and his sister, singing to the bodies whilst drinking tea!
Luckily for Deano, he grabbed Ricky and Paloma’s attention with his rendition of Paul Weller’s ‘You Do Something to Me’, and can now get to work preserving his spot on #TeamPaloma.

Quick fire with Deano
What pop star’s poster would you hang on your wall right now? “I’ve got a large Amy Winehouse mural on my wall already!”
If you could have witnessed any music event in history what would it be? “To see James Brown perform live, what an incredible performer!”
What song do you like to sing in the shower? “I love a bit of shower singing. I love the echo and I immediately think I’m Whitney Houston!”
You’re headlining Wembley! What would you have on your rider? Unlimited pizza
What famous person do people say you most resemble? “I get Paulo Nutini a lot… but I’m just Deano!”
What is the best prank you have ever pulled? “I’m the worst at pranks! It’s normally friends and family pulling pranks on me!”
