This simple hotpot is made in the microwave but tastes just as delicious as if it鈥檚 been baked. If you are new to cooking, it鈥檚 a great way of making an economical meal with very little bother.
This recipe is part of a Budget family microwave meal plan. In March 2023 it was costed at an average of 拢4.36 when checking prices at four UK supermarkets. It is designed to be made in conjunction with a low-cost store-cupboard.
