He’s on Job Seeker’s Allowance at the moment and has struggled to keep jobs in the past, which means he’s never paid hid dad any rent or contributed to household bills.
Danny is now keen to show his family that he can grab hold of an opportunity and run with it. He doesn’t want to end up on the scrap heap later in life. He wants to work hard and earn some money so he can support himself and prove to his friends and family that he is ready to hold down a job.
