Commencing to blog afresh.

I haven't blogged since somtime in June; and it seems such a long time ago. Now I have the notion to start afresh. I trust that nobody will mind if I've had a formidibale lapse in my blogging.

I do for one reason have spells when I loose interest in writing text as I have a condition which hinders my persual of the arts of writing and also reading. However, I've got anew the notion to be on the move again.

Strangely enough I had a go at a blog sometime ago but it filed to go; quite a psycological setback; tried again last night only to be faced with a tehnical fault. This blog is therfore quite short in view of any difficulties.

I trust that I'll be be able to meet you all again as the way opens again.
Island Wanderer.

Wish to blog again

This is a very brief blog. I haven't blogged sincce the 9th of june 2005. But I tried a few times lately only to meet with failure to send - I tried last night but I don't seem to been successful; why, I don't know.
I have various reasons for not writing:health, personal difficulties, and it appears some block(writers.) I'm sending this to-night in the hope it will appear to morrow.

test issue

I wrote a blog last night (16/10/05) only to have it fail to go. This test blog is an excerpt from an old book of knowledge :

"If it were possible place the AQUITANIA (a liner) in Trafalger Square, her huge funnels would tower over twenty feet above Nelson's column".

See how I get on!!!

Summer Time and Poor (part 1)

The Summer That Has Been!!!
I reckon it has been a poor example the season of halcyon days. it appears
to have been the general trend over some years now : dull days, wind and rain, heavy mist and no sunshine, summer's main ingredient for time immemorial. What do we make of such unseasional conditions over the last number of years, and are we all agreed about them.
Part 2 to follow.

Summer Time - Poor (part2)

In view of a poor Summer this year, I am wondering if my fellow westcoastrs take on board the issue of CLIMATE CHANGE and all it entails.
With the trend being as it is weather wise, one might ask are the facts and figures given out by the scientists to be accepted and given due attention. Or is Climate Change a passing phase in the immense history of the world.Or is it maybe rather more sinister, in being perpetrated by mans progress in recent centuries. Anyway, we would be assured as we look over the past years and consider now and the future.
