Ruin removal

Hi, Im back now after my little accident my back feel's alot better now and thanks for your kind comments and yes I am talking things a little slower now or maybe the pain killers are working?...........we are well under way to removing the 1st part of the ruin I have to tell you this is a labour of love while breaking up by hand. Sarah my wife has repositioned them to the back as an ornimental wall, while the small stones / rubble will act as hard core for my new workshop we have also cleared the neigbours overgrown fushia which has given us another 2 metres to the rear garden perimeter............Oh and we have also have a new family addition............our 5 week old Silkie chickens x 4, so free range eggs will be availible soon.

So you can see I have taken things easy but have not been slacking while resting. Its nice to be back.
As I forgot here are the picture of the Silkie Chick's
and here are Harris the Dog, and Noodles the Cat for MJC?

Good to see you back, Fred, but your idea of "taking it easy" sure isn't mine! Don't overdo things this time. Good pic of your work, though. What about some photos of the chickens? You are really throwing yourself into the Good Life here. All the best.

Jill from EK

I never even knew that you were poorly Freddie Boy. Take things easy man, your health is very important( not to me, but to you) and without it you will be, emm, well healthless I think? Sorry I lost my thread halfway through, but take care, and talk things very slowly, so that I can understand what you're blogging about. I was gonna say cheery, but I gave it to Carol from France for a week or two, just to keep her company.

Tws from Not Point ( it's rude to point)

You spoilt a perfectly good blog, by adding a picture of a c*t, why Fred? Please tell me why did you do it? You've gone right off my Christmas card list now.

Tws from The Dog Hoose

Thanks Jill and TWS, Jill here are the pic of the chics, the other Pics are for MJC as he was enquiring about the pets.

Fred from Back on Form

The chicks are still quite small so presumably we can expect Wee Free range eggs at first. Glad you're feeling a bit better Fred.

Annie B from the usual

Thanks for the menagerie photos, Fred. That cat is a beauty - does he/she like being photographed? A model pose!

Jill from EK

Thanks Fred. You have a place ready for the chickens? Why bantams though? With all the work you do, you deserve double yolk eggs, not bantam ones!!

What a very sensible sort of a photo to post on ib. Noodles The Cat (a small aide memoire to Tws who seems to have forgotten how to spell) is extremely handsome and 10/10 for buying him a Purrsian rug to match!

Flying Cat from an admiring glance

Persian cat, Persian rug, Saint-John Perse somewhere on the bookshelf: I don't know about you, Fred. Have you seen anyone in a MacIntosh casing your joint? Not yet?

mjc from NM,USA

FRED! yer dug looks like mick jagger(the mouth)

me from the usual haunt

It poured yesterday evening, Fred. I had to take the shower in the arroyo. No, I was not in the buff: I modeled my Primark boxer shorts.

mjc from NM,USA

Mjc.....No lol no one casing my joint, I have to many warning signs with this managerie? no more pets now....oh yes I have just make up the new coop for them too we let them have a run around on Saturday in the new area.

Fred from Point

This is all getting a bit much...but at least you weren't showering al fresco in frilly directoires...one should be grateful for small mercies on ib.

Flying Cat from lyingdowninadarkenedroom

FC, the Primark boxer shorts, as befits a luxury brand, had tartan designs (they were bought down south, and so they must have been part of a mis-directed shipment). I could not tell whether they were Campbells, Stuarts, Mackensies or whatever. To tell the plain truth: once you have seen a tartan, you have seen them all ... [eh?!].

hey fred, sorry to hear about your injuries, i've not been home or online for a while so i didn't see that you had injured yourself before now. You are doing so well with your renovations, your wife will be the envy of point soon i'm sure LOL A man who actually gets off his behind and does the jobs quickly(or at all) is a rare thing here (so i'm told by the local old dears)and my man may not be local but he certainly fits the bill.(not envious of your wife - AT ALL!! LOL) I'm going to get my self over to visit you next week if thats o.k??

tanith from point
