Were the Argyll wellies guarded by Argyll mice? More specifically, was Tws the agent for importing them from Coll?

You will see from Tws's blog that I have been appointed as counsel for the defence. There is no Feline Aid here, but I am prepared to give a reduction in that there are two defendants (BOGOF). It is an open and shut case, as we QCs say, and would be thrown out of court if the court weren't so corrupt. FC and Marmers need have no fear of incatceration.

Excuse me, my learned friend Maitre William, but I have been engaged as defence counsel for FC and Marmers. My fees are astronomical but I too am hoping that costs will be charged to Tws, which is no more than he deserves for his criminal flouting of the judicial system. You can concentrate on the remaining defendants, although Pepper has already pleaded guilty so that should be easy!

Neither of us has ever worn briefs and we're not going to start now. We are rather interested in the concept of nude mice though, and wonder if emporioalanjohn would stock them in the ready meals section? It would save a a lot of work...

There have been some successful ideas tried on the mainland that just haven't worked over here. I'm thinking now of the tactic of playing high frequency noises outside shops to disperse antisocial gangs. Woolworths in Stornoway tried playing panpipe versions of Calum Kennedy's Greatest Hits but the cailleachs gathering for a blether on Cromwell Street refused to budge.
